Lateness, Reschedule, Cancellation, & No-Show Policies
The following policies apply to Private Sessions.
Emily does her very best to respect your time, and she asks that you do the same with hers. To ensure this mutual respect, the following policies apply. Should you need to re-schedule or cancel your appointment, please do your best to let Emily know as soon as possible. Certainly, emergencies and illnesses sometimes arise, in which case, Emily will use her discretion for individual circumstances.
Lateness Policy
Since the full Drawing Out Process® itself lasts at least 1.5 to 2 hours, starting the session on time is very important. Please, always call if you are running late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may need to be re-scheduled, in which case, it will be subject to a fee of 50% of the session cost. Re-schedule fees must be paid before another session is scheduled.
Re-Schedule Policy
If you need to re-schedule your session, please do so more than 24 hours before the appointed time. Appointments re-scheduled within 24 hours are subject to a fee of 50% of the session cost. Re-schedule fees must be paid before another session is scheduled.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your session, please do so more than 24 hours before the appointed time. Appointments canceled within 24 hours are subject to a fee of 50% of the session cost. Cancellation fees must be paid before another session is scheduled.
No-Show Policy
Sessions that are “No Show” with no notice of re-scheduling or cancellation are not refunded.
