  • This sweet "Little Girl" was extremely upset at being scolded and criticized by "Mean Mommy". In the end, both felt more at peace and held one another in a loving embrace...
  • "Little Susie" always needed to be in control, causing this client to constantly struggle. She couldn't even say the word "effortlessly". After the Process, she said "effortlessly" 5 times in a row!
  • "Compulsion Grinch" had a lot of sadness and anger and frequently lashed out at others. Through the Process, he calmed down into "Baby Grinch" and finally compassionate "Buddha Grinch".
  • "Little" felt very small, invisible, and neglected. However, once she expressed herself and learned that she needn't carry the pain anymore, she felt so much better!
  • "Bootsy" was very angry and terrified about the changes going on in her life - using her boots to put on the brakes. Once she let go of all of that fear and effort, she finally felt free!
