At-One-Ment

How can we feel "whole" again?

If you're a PC user, you have probably "defragged" your computer: a program in your operating system re-aligns all of the scattered bits and bytes of information so that your computer can run faster and smoother than before.

As we go through the DrOP, we are literally "defragmenting" ourselves.  We are bringing those scattered parts of us back into alignment with our higher selves, which then enables us to flow through life with greater peace and ease.

Consider some of the words we use when we feel at peace: grounded, centered, focused, at-one, whole, still, clear, etc.  These words reflect our state of inner clarity and harmony.  Another word for this is "oneness": our energy fragments are back in alignment with the truth of who we are.

Conversation with God's analysis of the word "atonement" illustrates this beautifully as well
, breaking it into 3 parts: AT-ONE-MENT.  The definition of "atonement" is:
  1. to make amends or reparation, as for an offense or a crime, or for an offender (usually followed by for ): to atone for one's sins.
  2. to make up, as for errors or deficiencies (usually followed by for): to atone for one's failings.
  3. Obsolete. to become reconciled; agree
When we atone, we bring ourselves to be "at-one" again.  When we make amends with these parts of us with whom we have felt at odds, we realign them with our whole selves.

The result?
Wholeness.  Clarity.  Peace.  Freedom.  Joy.
