Businesses are like giant families - yet often their inner dynamics can be even more complicated, since employees bring with them their own unique family histories and emotional "baggage".  Though they may not appear to be a factor, long-held emotional struggles are often at the core of co-worker conflicts, health problems, self-sabotage, and other difficulties in the workplace.

The Drawing Out Process® Corporate Workshop begins with an eye-opening introductory presentation that debunks many myths about our inner emotional world and provides an entirely new way to see one's own emotional issues as well as others'. 

The large-group presentation is then followed by small group sessions during which Emily guides participants to draw out and release whatever struggles they are having - in the workplace or otherwise.

The result: more calm, clear, present, thoughtful, happy, focused, purposeful employees, people, and businesses.

Project/Team-Specific
For work groups or project teams that are experiencing blocks in their communication or who would simply like to work more harmoniously and powerfully together, Emily facilitates a unique "project drawing out", during which participants draw out their thoughts and perceptions about the project in a safe, non-judgmental environment - all toward a common understanding and appreciation of every team member's viewpoint and culminating in the creation of a common vision/image for the project.
